Elizabeth Schwartz, Ph. D., President/Executive Producer, served as Assistant Superintendent in the Ladue School District from 1972 until 1995. While in Ladue, she produced a video series on Logo programming and constructivist learning featuring MITís Seymour Papert. She was named Scholastic Publicationís Computer Educator of the Year and served on their Advisory Board for three years. In 1995 she established The Evergreen Project and developed over 30 educational media and web-based products for the K-12 market. In January 2000 Evergreen was sold to Ask Jeeves Inc., a California-based Internet company. Thereafter, Bettie served as Vice President of Teaching. Since 2002 she has been Executive Producer for Schwartz & Associates in St. Louis, producing numerous educational media and interactive products. In 2004 she was named one of St. Louisí outstanding businesswomen by The St. Louis Business Journal. Bettie is a graduate of Texas Christian University. She received her M.A.Ed. from Washington University and her Ph.D. in Education from St. Louis University.

 
Tyler Schwartz, Producer/Director of Business Development, began his career as a member of the Evergreen curriculum development team and assisted in marketing the product travelling to trade shows, special events and developing strategic partnerships. He has produced a number of interactive productions for the iPod/iPad and web that have won numerous awards: Remote Viewing for the Saint Louis Art Museum (2007) and Exploring the City of the Sun for the Cahokia Mounds World Heritage site (2009, 2010). He also produced two award-winning animated DVDs: Kurt Warnerís Good Sports Gang (2005) and Mary Engelbreitís Night Before Christmas (2006). He has a B.S. in economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and a M.P.A. from Columbia University in New York.

 
William Schwartz, Producer/Creative Director, has created scores of fine arts, educational, business-to-business, documentary and entertainment films throughout his thirty-five year career. Billís work has been recognized by over 80 national and international awards, including Emmy, CINE Gold Eagle, Telly and other recognition from leading media competitions. Along with directing creative strategy and production for Schwartz & Associates clientele, he is currently developing non-fiction properties for television. Bill received a Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he holds degrees in English and Journalism. His professional associations include the Directors Guild of America.

 
Laura Spenke, Graphic Artist/Front-end Developer, joined SA Creative in March 2011. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Texas A&M University and worked as the reporter, editor and photographer for a local news magazine for three years before returning to school for graphic design. Her work with SA Creative includes graphic art, animation, web development, programming, and media relations. Laura did much of the design and interactive programming for Project Arch-ae-o, which won a Gold MUSE Award in 2012 for education and outreach. She did the front-end development and design for the Scholaricity app that will be used as the underlying technology for a number of ed-tech ventures now in the works. She is also doing the design and development for several other educational web apps.

 
JayDev Mahadevan, Chief Technical Officer, joined the SA Creative in January 2015. Since then he has designed the architecture for the Scholaricity platform that will be used as the underlying technology for a number of ed-tech ventures now in the works. His prior experiences include serving as an application lead and software engineer with responsibilities for full-stack application, API development, integration planning, and team management. JayDev holds a B.S. and M.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.

 
Jenny Reini, Lead Software Engineer, joined SA Creative in March 2012. She brings to the company over 15 years of experience in software design and programming. Her work with SA Creative includes several games and museum apps now in the iTunes store. She is currently architecting the infrastructure for a new educational product. Her background in information technology includes user interface design, web development and consulting. She has worked in a variety of different industries, including aviation/aerospace, medical systems, and power distribution networks. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology-Rolla.

 
Kirby Graber, Writer, Director and Videographer, has over 30 years of experience in all facets of filmmaking. He has produced and photographed national television commercials, music videos, and corporate image presentations. His diverse body of work also includes numerous travel films and award-winning documentaries on a multitude of varied subjects including barn-storming evangelists, over-the-road truckers, and Pope John Paul IIís historic initial visit to Americaís heartland. He has been a member of the Schwartz & Associates team since 1985. Kirby holds a B.A. in Speech and Dramatic Art from the University of Iowa.
